T'ai Chi Ch'üan is considered a soft style martial art, an art applied with as complete a relaxation or "softness" in the musculature as possible, to distinguish its theory and application from that of the hard martial art styles which use a degree of tension in the muscles. Many people thinks Tai Chi is just for "old people" but only true martial artist knows that Tai Chi is not just a way meditation in motion but to strengthen the mind, your posture, your muscles and to use the flow of energy. Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise which promotes joint health and improves flexibility and strength. Walk-ins Welcome! Open to all ages! Free !
