Our Mission

The Chinatown Community Cultural Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, located in the thriving Chinatown neighborhood of Downtown Washington, DC.  The Chinatown Community Cultural Center (CCCC) seeks to promote and preserve Chinatown and its cultural identity while celebrating the rich Chinese culture, history, language, and heritage deeply embedded in this community.  CCCC enriches the lives of its members and visitors alike through a variety of programs focused on Chinese cultural exploration, while simultaneously focusing on educating and empowering Asian immigrants living in Chinatown and the Greater Washington, DC area.  Our mission is two-fold because the success of Chinatown as a cultural destination and ethnic neighborhood is intrinsically connected to and dependent upon a strong community and social structure, consisting primarily of immigrants who live and work in this area.  The Chinatown Community Cultural Center is the heartbeat of Chinatown and Washington, DC's premier destination where East meets West.

Location: We are located between 6th and 7th Street in the middle of H street.
